Erica Mount has been immersed in the experiential marketing world since 2007. What began as a part-time gig quickly evolved into a career she’s passionate about. With years of hands-on experience and a wide range of field roles under her belt, Erica now leads Newbridge’s internal staffing team—focused on building collaborative partnerships and ensuring the right people are in the right roles. She thrives on the behind-the-scenes magic that brings standout programs to life. From navigating last-minute curveballs to mentoring her team and streamlining internal systems, Erica embraces the fast pace and constant problem-solving her role demands. She takes pride in supporting her team, creating clarity, and helping others shine. Her leadership style is rooted in trust, ownership, and keeping things human—believing that people do their best work when they feel supported and seen. Erica is especially energized by the team’s work with students. Their fresh perspectives, adaptability, and energy bring value to every program. Her team frequently turns to her for guidance on staffing tours, student ambassador programs, and everything in between—whether it’s refining strategy, troubleshooting challenges, or helping them move forward with confidence.

I’m often planning my next travel adventure—having lived in Japan and explored Cuba, France, and the Caribbean. I also enjoy spending time outdoors or recharging with a quiet day at home.
