The Ask

Bob’s Red Mill set out on a three-month nationwide food truck tour to build awareness, generate trial, and consideration through product sampling for its on-the-go product line. The goal: connect with consumers in key markets through sampling at summer festivals, farmers markets, retail locations, college campuses, and more.

How We Did It

Product sampling was executed via custom passive displays outside the mobile food truck and live hand-to-hand distribution inside. Attendees explored brand and product knowledge through an educational digital matching game, with branded premiums distributed to encourage participation and build affinity.
