Kohl's + Sephora tapped Newbridge to create an immersive Mother's Day activation across 26 U.S. locations, all executing simultaneously to drive new customer registrations for the brand's Beauty Insider loyalty program. The single-day in-store pop-up targeted Mother's Day gift shoppers within Kohl's Sephora departments. Newbridge developed the entire creative campaign, sourced branded premiums and deluxe sample gift bags, and deployed a national network of hand-engraving vendors to personalize purchases on-site, creating a memorable gifting experience.

How We Did It

Newbridge secured logistics partnerships with all 26 participating Kohl's locations and developed a cohesive creative campaign to anchor the brand's Mother's Day narrative. The activation featured curated gift bags, kitted with 10 deluxe beauty samples each, and positioned a complimentary La Colombe beverage station to extend dwell time and elevate the shopping experience. Newbridge staffed all 26 locations with trained brand ambassadors and sourced hand-engraving specialists at each venue, enabling guests to personalize their purchases on-site. The strategy drove new Beauty Insider registrations through premium gifting incentives, turning loyalty enrollment into a tangible, branded touchpoint. Real-time reporting provided the client with hourly metrics (AM, midday, EOD), ensuring responsiveness to activation performance and enabling in-day optimizations.
