How We Did It
We secured and transformed a premier retail space in San Francisco’s Union Square into an immersive Logitech destination for the month-long launch. Custom interactive stations allowed visitors to explore the MX Master 4’s key features through guided demos and hands-on product experiences. Our highly trained retail team managed daily operations, inventory, and sales, ensuring a seamless path from product discovery to purchase. A curated series of community activations and private events brought creators, professionals, and local audiences into the space—driving sustained traffic, awareness, and engagement throughout the launch period.
