The North Face partnered with Newbridge to support its back-to-school retail campaign with a premium in-store experience designed to inspire shoppers and drive sales. In collaboration with Dick’s Sporting Goods, the activation aimed to deepen consumer connection through customization while strengthening the brand’s retail partnership during a key shopping season.

How We Did It

We delivered a premium personalization experience across Dick’s Sporting Goods and The North Face DTC locations, giving shoppers the opportunity to customize their purchases on-site and create a more meaningful connection with the brand. Custom event assets and elevated personalization accessories helped bring the experience to life at retail, while limited-edition 3D-printed mini backpack keychains served as a unique giveaway to drive engagement. A dedicated Tour Manager and Brand Ambassador team led on-site execution and supported store teams in guiding shoppers from experience to purchase. Pre-promotional media assets and close coordination with retail partners helped build awareness and drive traffic into stores throughout the campaign.
