How We Did It
We launched the Timberland Student Ambassador Program across 20 universities, activating a 10-week peer-driven campaign during the fall semester. Ambassadors served as on-campus brand advocates—promoting exclusive discount codes, gathering student feedback through surveys, distributing branded merch, and sharing authentic product reviews. To amplify reach, ambassadors partnered with campus clubs and organizations, supported a high-impact sweepstakes, and delivered sustained visibility for Timberland in a fully integrated, student-centered campaign.
