Timberland challenged Newbridge to launch a multi-market experiential program designed to celebrate the brand’s rich heritage and craftsmanship while supporting grand store openings in key cultural markets. The activation aimed to generate buzz through immersive, in-person experiences that invited consumers to engage with Timberland’s story, spark organic social sharing, and drive deeper brand connection.

How We Did It

We produced a series of immersive pop-up and grand opening events across four markets, transforming retail moments into cultural brand experiences. Guests engaged with Timberland’s craftsmanship through live leather-making demonstrations, embossing stations, interactive gamification, and exclusive giveaways designed to encourage participation and product exploration. The program also featured the brand’s iconic “Big Boot” installation and visually striking moments that inspired organic social sharing and content creation. Together, these activations drove high-impact visibility, meaningful consumer interaction, and excitement around Timberland’s new store openings.
