Julie Mehlenbacher is the Vice President of Staffing & Recruitment at Newbridge Marketing. Since 2010, she has had the privilege of pairing incredible people with the brands they bring to life. At her core, Julie is a matchmaker - sourcing top-tier talent that aligns with each brand’s unique vibe, while providing thousands of people with fun, flexible work that supports their lives, families, and dreams. Julie’s role is not just about filling positions; it’s about connecting people with opportunities that match their passions and strengths. What truly drives her is recognizing the potential in each person and creating a space where talent and trust can grow. She is proud to have built a team that thrives together, tackling staffing challenges with creativity, grit, and plenty of laughs. Julie’s team has staffed thousands of events nationwide and created long-term growth opportunities - like student ambassadors transitioning into brand ambassadors, team leads, market managers, tour managers, and more. For her, this isn’t just temporary work - it’s about helping people realize that it can be a fulfilling career.

My teammates would describe me as fiercely driven, wildly resourceful, and just a little obsessed with all things Google (some even call me 'Joogle'). Outside of work, you can find me cold plunging, lifting heavy things, chasing waterfalls, or tending to my jungle of 40+ houseplants.
